Edward Knight, MHSA LFACHE Ed has been a Rotarian for 21 years. During that time he has been a member of three Rotary Clubs. Ed joined the Rancho Bernardo Rotary Club in 1992. He has served as Treasurer, Secretary and Foundation Chairman. In 2003-04 Ed served as Club President and since 2005 has been an Assistant District Governor.
Ed’s professional career was in health care management. Prior to retiring Ed was the President and CEO of a large academic healthcare center in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Prior to that , Ed held the position of CEO of several health care organizations in Western Canada. Ed hails from Vancouver, B.C. and is married to the lovely Glenda. They have three children, Carolyn, Patricia and Brett.

Ronald D. Halloway, MBA, MBB-6Sigma. Currently a WW Marketing Projects Manager for Lexmark printer company, Ron has significant international assignments, work and community experience. His career has spanned multiple disciplines including Director of IT, Purchasing/Engineering, Import/Export, Manufacturing and CFO Lexmark Philippines. Married 26 years to his lovely wife Barbara, they have 3 successful adult children. Ron has served on various boards, including Lexington Family Care Center, Cebu Phil, Community for the Arts and his Neighborhood Associations, plus he and Barbara have either coached or taken leadership rolls in youth soccer for 18 years. David A. Howard David Howard is the principal owner of Active Cleaning Service, a full service commercial cleaning and maintenance service corporation in Fort Walton Beach Florida, and is also the General Manager and principal owner of Sign Logic, llc, an outdoor digital advertising billboard corporation. David and his wife Belinda, are members and active team leaders with their church assisting in the spiritual guidance of children. Belinda, is an employee with their local police department in the elementary school security/safety division. The Howard’s have four children, and are actively involved in community activities. David is a member of the Fort Walton Chamber of Commerce and a member of America’s Best Companies “ABC”.
